Care Hours or Time Based Agreements
Logicalis offer a service by which a customer can advance purchase a number of pre-paid hours at a reduced rate.
The hourly rate is reduced in line with the quantity of hours purchased.
This agreement provides access to resources for ad-hoc requirements with a guaranteed response time.
These hours can then be used by your company to provide assistance, support, advice or whatever is required without additional requisition orders having to be made. A monthly statement of hours utilised is sent out.
Certain high-end services, such as project management and communications consultancy are excluded from this service or charged at one and half times rate.
Only nominated client staff can invoke this service so it is easy to control.
