Business Continuity Facilities – Guernsey

The new Logicalis Les Caches facility builds on the success of our existing Recovery Centre at Logicalis Pitronnerie Road. This is located on the northern outskirts of the Islands primary business centre. Thus clients can utilise Business Continuity and Datacentre services from both locations and achieve ‘triangulation’. 

The Recovery Centre offers 200 seats spread over 8 suites; so whether your requirements are for 8 to over 100 seats we can offer a solution on a shared or dedicated basis. Dedicated (optionally) and Shared suites will be fully equipped with HP computer and Mitel telephony. 

We believe that business continuity suites should provide for long term occupancy and not simply a temporary fix. To this end our facility is equipped to a high standard, within a pleasant working environment.

Business Continuity Facilities - Jersey

The Recovery Centre is located in the West of the Island of Jersey (9 km away from the islands primary commercial centre) providing excellent geographic separation in the event of an operational incident affecting the local business community.

The Jersey facility forms an integral part of our offshore solution. In conjunction with our local and offshore hosting and managed services solutions and partnerships with other reputable service providers, the Jersey centre is ideally placed for all your business resumption activity no matter whether your company’s data is held locally or in another jurisdiction.

The Recovery Centre is designed and equipped for the sole purpose of Business Continuity. The centre also affords clients equipment hosting facilities and managed services within secure computer room suites. The building itself, consists of two levels with a total floor area of 8,000 sq. ft. Client workspace accounts for 5,600 sq. ft., the remaining area being utilised to accommodate shared facilities and computer rooms.

Our belief is that business resumption suites should provide for long term occupancy and not simply a temporary fix. To this end our facility is equipped to a high standard, not just technically but ergonomically as well. We provide 148 fully equipped full size desks within a pleasant environment of generous seating density to enable our clients to operate at maximum efficiency.

The shared facilities comprise of, reception, boardroom, two kitchens, four restrooms, printing, facsimile and photocopying appliances, telephony services and document storage areas.

The premises, including all client workspace areas, are protected by way of Fire and Intruder alarms. Internal access is secured via computerised door access controls. The computer rooms are environmentally controlled and monitored.

A considerable investment has been made to ensure the availability of the power supply. The facility is fully protected by way of UPS and supplemented by generator backup power.

Voice and data circuits can be sourced and diversely routed from a number of suppliers.
