Structured Cabling

Logicalis has a comprehensive range of cabling products that provide structured solutions for voice and data management that comply with all the latest field standards and are capable of supporting a wide range of protocols. All cabling is fully documented and where appropriate conformance to category 7 is certified.

Logicalis undertake work ranging from major office refits, structured cabling systems for new buildings, provision of both singlemode and multimode fibre backbones to, the repositioning of a few network points; all these are delivered with the same quality throughout. The work can include fibre optic installation, cutting/termination and fibre optic splicing.

All work is completed with the following in mind:

Guarantee
UTP cables & sockets will be installed to the latest field standards. A 25-year performance & product warranty is provided through ADC Krone/TE Connectivity. Logicalis provides quality materials & workmanship in order to achieve the above warranty.

Health Check
Logicalis can offer a certified performance health check six months after commissioning.

Effective Project Management
One of Logicalis’s major strengths in cabling projects is its ability to project-manage work to tight deadlines in conjunction with other building sub-contractors.

Logicalis’s full-time cabling team has successfully completed several large projects for a number of prestigious organisations in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

Cabling Telecommunications
The cabling used will comply fully with all local Telecommunications standards.

Compliance
Logicalis structured cabling systems are installed to comply with the latest field standards. Full testing and certification to category 5e, 6, 6a and 7 compliance is included. All equipment and cables used will be approved, allowing for a bandwidth of up to 600 Mhz on the system.

Additionally Logicalis supply a range of communications products from all leading manufacturers, including CISCO, HP and Enterasys. These products may be readily incorporated into an overall communications strategy.
